Leadership is a major issue
in British management. An organisations leaders are responsible
for setting corporate values, for sponsoring innovation and creativity,
for managing risk and for developing individuals and teams. Senior management
teams need to recognise leadership potential and nurture it for succession
planning and expansion.
CBAs course places the potential leaders of tomorrow at its
centre and allows them to explore concepts of leadership, to gain the
confidence to put these into practise. It will help an individual to recognise
his/her strengths and to build on these so he/she moves towards reaching
personal and professional goals within the organisations management
team. It is based on running a series of learning days over 3-6 months.
We have run this course for PR consultancies and advertising agencies
